Terms of Service

Terms of Service — Murrsuit Photography and Videography
Effective Date: 07/2025By booking or participating in a photoshoot or video session with Murrcifer (hereafter referred to as "the Photographer"), you (hereafter referred to as "the Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked in advance and confirmed by the Photographer. Payment is due in full before the session begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.Consent and Legal Age
All participants must be at least 18 years of age. A valid government-issued ID may be requested prior to the shoot. By participating in a shoot, you affirm that you consent to being photographed or filmed in nude or sexually explicit content and grant full permission to the Photographer to produce, edit, and deliver such content as agreed.Deliverables
The Photographer will deliver the final, edited images and/or videos digitally within an agreed timeframe. Formats and resolution will depend on the service selected. Raw files are not provided unless explicitly agreed upon.Watermarking
All images will include a watermark of the Photographer’s logo or name. Watermarks may not be cropped out, removed, or obscured for any public or commercial usage. Clients may request unwatermarked versions for private use only, subject to approval.Credit and Attribution
The Client is required to credit the Photographer in any use of the delivered content. This includes social media posts, commercial distribution, websites, clip platforms, or any other form of public sharing. The credit must clearly include the Photographer’s name or handle, or a direct link to the Photographer’s website or portfolio. Failure to provide proper credit may result in revocation of the Client's usage rights and potential legal action.Usage Rights
The Client is granted a license to use the delivered content for personal purposes and for self-promotion, including use on social platforms, personal websites, or monetized content platforms, provided that credit is properly given. The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all materials. The Photographer reserves the right to use any images or video content from the shoot in their own portfolio, for promotional use, for artistic exhibition, or for commercial licensing, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.Prohibited Uses
The Client may not modify, re-edit, filter, resell, or redistribute the content without prior written permission from the Photographer. Removing or obscuring the watermark on any commercial or public post is strictly prohibited. Redistribution to third parties, use in AI training datasets, or use in NFT or blockchain-based projects is not permitted without explicit permission.Privacy and Discretion
The Photographer will not publicly share any content without the Client’s verbal or written agreement. If anonymity or face-hiding is requested, this must be arranged and confirmed prior to the shoot and will be respected by the Photographer.Liability and Legal Terms
The Photographer is not responsible for any misuse or third-party distribution of content after delivery to the Client. Violation of these Terms may result in revocation of usage rights and may be pursued legally if necessary. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State], and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.Contact
